Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm IST. Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next working morning. Send your order number if you are writing about something you have already bought.
What we can help with quickest
Choosing a size. Send your measurements and the piece you like and we will measure that exact garment. The size guide has the chart we stitch to.
Where your parcel is. Check your orders first, where the tracking number appears once the courier collects it. If tracking has not moved in two working days, message us and we will chase the courier ourselves.
Returning or exchanging. Message us with your order number and a photograph with the tags visible. The rules are on returns and exchanges.
Something made to your measurements. Message us with the occasion, the colour and when you need it, and we will tell you what is possible.

What we will never ask you for
We will never ask for your card number, CVV, OTP, UPI PIN or any password, and we will never ask you to install an app to receive a refund. If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of those, it is not us. Refunds go back the way you paid, as set out in the refund policy.
