Size guide

All measurements in inches. Between two sizes, take the larger one: a kurti can be taken in by any tailor, and letting one out is harder.

• ·Bust: around the fullest part, tape flat across the back, arms down.
• ·Waist: the narrowest part, usually just above the navel. Do not pull the tape tight.
• ·Hip: around the fullest part, roughly eight inches below the waist.
• ·Shoulder: from the tip of one shoulder bone across the back to the other.

Measure over a well-fitting garment rather than over loose clothing, and keep the tape level. If you have a kurti that already fits you well, measuring that flat and doubling the chest width is a good check.

Every product page lists the exact length of that piece under Includes, because the same size is cut differently by style:

• ·Knee length, around 42 inches: straight kurtis and short kurtis.
• ·Calf length, around 46 inches: A-line kurtis and Anarkalis.
• ·Full length, 52 inches and above: gowns and floor-length Anarkalis.

Heights vary more than widths. If you are under five feet or over five feet seven, message us before ordering and we will tell you how that particular piece will sit on you.

• ·Salwar and churidar bottoms are sent with the waist unstitched or with a drawstring, so they can be adjusted at home.
• ·Half saree sets are sized by the blouse. The skirt comes with a drawstring or a hook that allows a few inches either way.
• ·Saree blouses are sent unstitched unless the product page says otherwise, so your own tailor can fit them.
• ·Free Size pieces fit a bust of 34 to 40 inches comfortably.
