Adding a piece to your bag does not reserve it. Stock is held only when your order is placed, and until then someone else may buy the last one. You need an account to order, so that your address is saved, your parcel can be traced, and your tax invoice stays with you.

Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it, and we may decline an order before then. If we do, and you have paid, you get every rupee back.

• ·The price or description was wrong by an obvious mistake.
• ·The delivery address is one the courier cannot reach.
• ·The order looks fraudulent, or is a resale quantity we did not agree to.

Every price shown includes GST. What you see on a product page is what that piece costs; delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay, and no charge is ever added after you have paid.

Prices can change, but never for an order already placed. If a price is obviously wrong, a saree listed at a tenth of its value, we will tell you before dispatching rather than quietly cancelling.

These are handloom and mill fabrics photographed in daylight. Screens differ, and so do dye lots: the piece you receive may sit a shade away from the photograph. Small irregularities in a handwoven border are the weave, not a defect. If the difference is more than that, it is a fault and the returns policy covers it.

Orders are paid online at checkout, by UPI, card or net banking, through our payment gateway, PhonePe. Card and UPI details are entered on PhonePe’s own page and are never seen by us. Your order is confirmed only once the payment succeeds.

Timelines are on the shipping and delivery page. They are honest estimates and not guarantees: once a parcel is with the courier, its speed is theirs. Risk passes to you on delivery.

7 days from delivery for anything unworn with its tags, set out on returns and exchanges, and refunds on the refund policy page. Customised and stitched-to-measure pieces cannot be returned unless they are faulty, because they are made for one person.

Keep your password to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access. We may close an account used fraudulently, or to abuse the returns policy repeatedly, and we will say why.

The photographs, the descriptions and the design of this shop are ours. Please do not copy them onto another shop. Buying a piece buys the piece, not the pictures of it.

If we get it wrong we will put it right: replace the piece, or refund you. What we cannot take on is loss beyond the order itself, such as an occasion missed because a courier ran late. Nothing here removes rights you have under Indian consumer law, which stand whatever this page says.

Floods, strikes, a courier network going down, a government restriction: where something genuinely outside our control stops us delivering, we are not liable for the delay. We will tell you, and you may cancel and take a full refund rather than wait.

Do not use this shop for anything unlawful, and do not try to break, scrape or overload it. If a claim is made against us because you used the shop in breach of these terms or of the law, we may ask you to cover what it costs us to answer it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
